In 2022, TEF hosted the first Joint Scholars Reception on May 9, 2022 at the Bryant Conference Center.  Dr. Terri Boman welcomed the 93 scholars and an audience filled with parents, siblings, principals, and teachers.  Inspirational thoughts were provided by Dr. Keri Johnson and Dr. Mike Daria, superintendents for each school system. A Medallion Ceremony was held for each of the High Schools in TCS and TCSS.  The scholars were given a goodie bag and a lovely medallion to wear at graduation. Our sponsors included McAbee Construction and Community Foundation of West Alabama. Closing remarks were given by Pamela Pruitt, Vice-President of TEF. We look forward to this annual event.
